As the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine approaches, Japan’s public broadcasting corporation, NHK, examined the impact of various industries contributing to Ukraine’s war effort. As part of their segment on how strategic communications is an increasingly important component of modern warfare, NHK interviewed KARV’s President Andrew Frank on the KARV team’s role supporting the Ukrainian Federation of Employers of the Oil and Gas Industry.
